Problem while installing

Well, I deleted my "civil 3d 2016" files by mistake 
So I re-downloaded it using Autodesk download manager and after it finished I installed it using my license number as student
But LMAO there is nothing installed !! when I tried again I found out that it says it's already installed
I checked my apps and FOund it installed I tried to uninstall the previous version to install the new one But I found thais error message
Any thoughts ??

well forgot all I have said ,, I solved that 
But now It says It can't be installed because I don't have autocad 2016 on PC ???

I've solved similar uninstall issues with the Microsoft Uninstaller.

thanks I already managed to uninstall it 
but now it says I have to download Autocad 2016 ,,, I already got 2019 why would I download 2016 ??
