Prevent Labels from Resetting to Default Position

Hey folks,

Here's an odd issue. I've got some cross sections with pipes in them. I added labels to the pipes, shifted them into the dragged state so they'd be off to the side of their respective pipe - each has a leader - and thought I was done. Well, this morning I had to reload the xref into the drawing - it contains the cross sections - and all the labels went back to their default positions! Now I have to move them all over again and I'm wondering: is it worth the effort or are they just going to go back to default later? Is there some variable I can set so they stay put?

Any thoughts?

What makes you re-load the xref? Is is only a reload or is it a reattach.

I had to make a couple little changes in the base file: adjust the elevations on one of the cross sections. When I went back to the cross section drawing - the one with the titleblocks in paperspace - I had to re-load the base.

I'm having the same problem with alignments. Did you ever find a solution?

Thanks,

Mark
