Pressure Pipes: Fittings Not Displaying Correctly In Profile View

I have an issue where some fittings do not display correctly on my profile views on my plans. I have my original design file that I've shared. In this design file, it does appear correctly, but once I share it through data short cuts, it just breaks and appears incorrectly on my profile view. See pictures below.

I've tried swapping parts to different styles of bends for this specific station, but it still appears corrupted. Please help!

I haven't seen anything like this so lets do some troubleshooting 101.

1) Can you replicate this issue with other files?
2) Can you replicate this issue on your computer logged in as someone else?
3) Can you replicate this issue on someone else's computer?

The answers to these questions will help you determine where the issue is, the file, your computer, your user profile, or the software in general.

Also, if you can share the files (with any data references promoted) that would be helpful.

1) Check to make sure the alignment is sync'd correctly as well.

2) Make sure you're using the same pressure catalog and parts list

I've had something similar happen in the past on older versions. I was only able to fix it by deleting the part in the original source drawing and recreating it. On a resync it seemed to fix it. But I believe it happened because the parts list in the sheet drawing wasn't the exact same as the one in the source drawing.
