Pressure Pipe on ver. 2020

For some reason when we upgraded to 2020 from 2019, the Pressure pipe tools is not working properly. I can copy the old pipes and appurtenances and manilpulate them to connect to the existing parts. If i start a new one, they go to 0,0 or nowhere and can't find them. Please, any help or ideas>

Can you provide a screenshot or video?

Make sure you have all the updates installed for the Civil 3D.

have you tried regenerating the catalog?

Check your pipe rules and see what settings you have with them. I personally don't use them.
