Pressure networks fittings and hydraulic grade line

Hi all,

I have 2 questions about pressure networks:

1. Is there an easy way to check either an elbow is long radius (R=1.5 D) or short radius (R=1D)? Using the software itself or the Content catalog Editor.

2. Are hydraulic property data (such as hydarulic grade line and energy grade line) also available for pressure networks or it's only for pipe networks?

Thanks  a lot.

Hey @idoaradYVBFR,

1. Yes, you may achieve it with an expression. I suggest an IF structure, relating SDR and curve radius. Toolspace >>> Settings >>> Fitting >>> Label Styles >>> Expressions.

And this expression you can use in a label.

2. Well, I think you need to add these properties to the parts via Content Catalog Editor.

Here's how to add a custom property and label the part: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oYAamk7a5go.

This page has a lot of tutorials and references to learn how to use the Content Catalog Editor: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/civil-3d/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Docum...

Hope it helps,
