Points are not showing up when I use the MapCogoFunction
I am fairly new to Autocad/C3D. My problem is that when I use the MAPCOGOFUNCTION the points do not show up in my drawing. I'm attempting to create points by azimuth/distance. When I input the start point and the desired azimuth and distance in the MAPCOGOFUNCTION dialog box and hit "calculate" , it provides me with X/Y coordinates that I was trying to achieve. It will also "zoom to" the desired location but when I hit "create point" the dialog boxx disappears and there is no point created.
I am getting the same results as you. If you need this functionality, use the Civil 3D Point Creation tools with Transparent Commands. Or use Transparent Commands with the AutoCAD Point command.
