plot geolocation online map data

I have geolocation online map data displayed in my dwg.  It does not display in my layout space.

Is there a way to get this map data to plot?

That link no longer works. I'm having an issue where I see the Bing map in the viewport in my layout, but it won't plot. Hasn't happened before, so I'm not sure what's going on.
