Plan & Profile Viewport - Anchor Points for Output Profile Relative to Viewport

Background:
I am creating the template files, to be used in all road projects.

Problem:

• When creating the profile output in the viewport, the bands info is not placed with a consistent anchor point. It appears that the centre of the Profile is uses, and places in the centre of the viewport.

Desired Output

• I want to have a setting/option to place the lower left corner of the bands in the lower left corner of the viewport.  Thus always having the bands edge on the viewport edge.
  
  
• Any other option that can limit the output profile Height automatically to scale inside the viewport in terms of height?

• I know the profile may be a bit high, not the issue at hand.

I swear the last time I tried to set this up, I ran into the same issue.  Unfortunately,  I didnt run down that rabbit hole to figure out why it had that gap or was shifting the view.  I know that the height of the viewport is what is used to determine the scale of the viewport.  The question is, is there a setting to shift the view in the viewport  so there isnt a gap at the top and the bottom portion isnt covered.  I would probably say, work on one side at a time try to get the vertical position by modifying various settings, then if you can get that sorted, look at the horizontal positioning.   Or someone one here may have figured it out and can share it.

We went two directions, for our group that insisted on plan production,  I think we setup the viewport with instructions on how to grip edit it after creation to achieve the desired look.  And for the rest of us. Used a manual process to setup our sheets.

This is a long-standing bug that Autodesk should fix. What I am regularly doing, After generating the complete sheet, move the profile views to a relative distance needed to fully fit in the viewport. Before this, use the -pan command in one viewport to determine the required distance in the x and y directions. Use the same distance in the move command. Using a single command, you can able to fix the problem across all sheets.
