pipe not showing proper in profile - 2024

i have a pipe that is data referenced into a drawing but not showing properly in the profile. If i add labels they show up in proper location but not the pipe itself. I have done audit (several) and recovery's. Had some one else open the drawing with version 2022 and it appeared the same to them. 

the other pipe network comes in fine

Check your pipe style. Also, make sure the profile view's pipe style is displaying the way you want. You can have profile view overrides for pipe styles.

the style was the issue, thank you. not sure how it got changed, my template is correct
