Pipe network structure to act as elbow in profile

I created a pipe network using null structures to take place of the vertical and horizontal elbow drops in my pipe. How do I display this in profile view? The null structure style in profile shows a gap in between pipes and when I turn on structure in display it displays a manhole. Any ideas? Thanks.

How any given structure appears in plan, profile, section or model with depend on the structure style assigned to it.

Structure styles can be set up to use the shape of the structure as its part is defined or to show a block in place of the part.  I believe the model shape of a null structure is a sphere.
