Pipe Network - can only choose null structures

I have a problem with my parts list i guess. All of a sudden I can only choose "null structures" and the pipe draw-down-menu is just empty, when I try to edit my pipe network. The parts list seems to be fine when I open it, it has all the structures and all the pipes that is supposed to be in it. I have no idea why this is but I need to be able to edit my pipe network. Its the same problem with all my files. I cant create a new pipe network either. The same problem. Does anyone have a solution?!

Which version & Service Pack of C3d?

Since you're unable to create a network in any drawing, have you verified that _AeccSetNetworkCatalog is pointed to the correct Catalog?

We've had that problem before, and have had to re-map cad to the parts catalog -  "Home tab/Create Design pulldown/Set pipe network catalog"
