Pipe Label - Slide anchor to end/start of pipe

Hi Friends,

Is there any way to slide the label of pipe to start of pipe/end of pipe? 

I have label style which label the start /end invert level and keep it on the start/end of pipe. But when I try to dragg it then I need to slide the anchor from middle of pipe to start/end of pipe.  

Any suggestions, guidance would be appreciated.

The 'trick' suggested in the mentioned post, can be good solution when you want label to stay in static/layout mode (I have already used it my style).

But in my case I need to drag each label and which is problem. I need to slide the label to Start/End first, before I start dragging to avoid overlap on adjacent geometry.
