Pipe Hatch in Profile View has Hole

I have my pipes in Profile View hatched, and in one section only of all my pipes, there's a hole in the hatch. Why?

I don't see how that relates to my issue. That person was having an issue with a solid hatch on the end of EVERY pipe. But they said ANSI31 worked fine. I'm using ANSI31 and it's only at the end of one pipe, not all of them.
