I want to get pi label alignment data into report as these data is not available in Horizontal Alignment Report. Please tell me how to extract these data as it is only available in PI label.

You can export some of the PI data through the project explorer if you change the "Sub-Object Type" to "Alignment PIs". I attached an example screenshot from one of my files below. It doesn't look like you can pull out the superelevation value from this report though but it would be included in the Superelevation Critical Stations type.
Definitely look into the project explorer reports as they can be pretty useful.
