PDF Won't Open when Plotting to BlueBeam

Hey Everyone,

I'm having a weird issue when trying to plot to Bluebeam from Civil 3D 2017. I just got switched to 2017 today and for some reason when I plot the same way I did in 2016, nothing happens. I have the same .ctb file selected, the same print settings selected, but when I hit plot, nothing happens. Then when I click the publish details, it says no errors occurred, but doesn't have a file location shown.

In 2016 when I plotted, it would open a window allowing me to name the PDF file, select where it saves to, and then opens the file. Any ideas on why I can't get this to work on 2017?

I had the same issue after upgrading from 2015.  I fixed it by reinstalling BlueBeam.  Try that first.

In Bluebeam, click Settings (top right). Then Administrator. Select Yes if a permissions box comes up.

ON the dialog box, Select the Printer tab.

On the lower right, it says Port Monitor. When I had this issue, this was all <not running>, so I clicked Restart. THen the print to Bluebeam PDF started working again.

Thanks
