PDF TO LINEWORK

Any suggestions on a program that converts PDF to linework? I have a lot of contour lines I need to create for surfaces.

If Autodesk would stop releasing their product every year maybe they could finally release a complete version without any bugs.  I doubt they even know what they are releasing and use us to give them the answers to make the software usable until the next release.
