PDF publish has lines (partial frames) around text

Hello,

When I publish a drawing to pdf, it prints partial frames around my multileader text and one-line text if they have background masks. Some details:

-The EPDFSHX setting is set to zero (0).

-My colleague can print the same drawing on another computer and not get partial frames.

-The print preview does not show the frames.

-Other text with background masks does not show the frames. (The issue is not consistent)

-"Text Frame" is set to "No".

-Background mask is the background color

I noticed this also and downloaded software called pdf995, it works very well and when you plot to pdf it creates a very good quality print
