Is anyone having any issues when sending a parcel volume report to XLS format using Civil 2019 and Office 2016?
It works in Civil 2018 with Office 2016 and on my laptop with Civil 2019 and OFfice 2013 but not the combination of Civil 2109 and Office 2016
The Report seems to be generated but Excel doesn't appear with the Report open; Civil just sits there but doesn't crash or anything. Other report out option work as expected (but not TXT for some reason; presumably the same one as Excel) - see Screencast
I raised a Support ticket but as they can't reproduce it and it works for them the issue is marked as resolved...it clearly isn't....!!!!!
Anyone else experiencing this or able to suggest why this may not be working (hopefully some obscure setting somewhere)
