Parcel Subdivision

When trying to subdivide parcels I keep getting no solution or fix parameters. My parameters are good. How do I fix this problem?

Can you post the drawing so someone can try to prove that your parameters are not good?

You have a maximum depth of 20m set when the parcels you are subdividing have a width of 18m. If you set that value to something lower, you'll likely see results (depending on which commands you are using).
