Parcel Map Check Report not executing

I go to the toolboox tab on the toolspace and click execute on Parcel Map Check Report and nothing happens. If I execute any other report under Parcel they work just fine, only the Map Check report is not working. Anyone got any ideas?

Do you have a C3DReport.dll in "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\C3D 2014\enu\Data\Reports\Net"? (substitute your version in for 2014 of course).

Do you get any error message in the Event Viewer?

Is it possible that the [Create Reports - Parcel Mapcheck Report] dialog is just off the screen? See: http://cadpanacea.com/wp/?p=692

RK,

Yes the file is in the correct place. No error in the event viewer and no other window opens when executed.

I have replaced the C3DReport.dll with one from another machine and same version with the same results.

I see your on W10, which version of C3D are you running the report on. Most likely the report is not compatible with MS EDGE and you need IE

It's not "another" window I was referring to, it was the fact that the Report Window that should be opening when you right-click on Parcel Map Check report and choose Execute (shown below) may be opening, but somewhere off you screen - where you can't access it.

It sounds like OP is not getting to the point of generating the report since the initial dialog (which shouldn't be browser dependent) is not even showing up.

The machine that is having the problem is running Win 7, C3D 2015 and using IE. But as RK said the dialog box is not opening and we are not getting an error.

In that case try windows key shift and left right arrow. Note: shift may be alt.

If you're talking about grabbing a window that is off the screen, the keyboard combo is Alt+Spacebar, details in the link I posted above.
