If I want to design a one-lane, one-way road assembly with gutter and curb on both edges and cross-fall. How would I do the assembly?

It's nothing new.
Same as normal assembly creation.
The assembly depends on the location of your design line.
If the design line is in the center you can symmetrically design your assembly to both sides.
If the design line is at the edge, one side of your assembly is a bit different from the other. But still, you can create it.
Nothing different. Just follow the normal workflows.
