Offset Tee for pressure catalog

I want to create an offset Tee for pressure catalog. 

Please provide step by step guide to achieve it.

This forum isn't the place to ask for step by step instructions for a procedure like this. The basic steps are as follows:

1. Create the 3d model of your fitting
2. Draw a polyline that represents the centerline of your fitting. If it branches, create the polylines that represent the centerlines and then add them into a block.
3. Insert a connection point for each branch of the fitting
4. Publish the part to a .content file (PUBLISHPARTCONTENT)
5. In the Content Catalog Editor, import the .content file into your catalog

But how do i create the centerline for Offsetting branch? there will be difference in elevation.
