Odd MH display in Profile view

I have 6 manholes all exactly the same. This one particular MH wants to display oddly in the PV with a drop in the cone only on one side. All other MH's display as expected in PV. If I pull the alignment off just slightly 0.001' from the insertion point of this MH it displays correctly. I have swapped/deleted and recreated it but still the same display. Styles are all identical. 

Anyone ever see this?

Does the structure property say it is concentric?

Yes. All 6 MH's structures are identical. Actually, I place the alignment PVI back to the insert of the MH then rotated the structure and it cleaned up the profile view.
