ODD (fractional) scale factors

Dear sirs, I just received 2 drawings from the same client that I have been working for. When I try to scale my drawing(like normal) all I get for options is fractional scales like 1/4"=1.0' Instead of the normal 1"=30'....Please help.

SCALELISTEDIT and then either add the ones you want or hit the reset button. Then import both imperial and metric.

When I do scalelistedit.....absolutely nothing happens.....No prompts for further information......all I get is that buzz noise you get when you click on something and its trying to tell you that another window is open.....I can't click on anything until I escape that command. I can go into drawing settings and manually select 1"=20', but all the other selections are still fractional..... This is very strange!! Why can you work on so many drawings, and then all of a sudden have to deal with something like this out of the blue????

Usually happens when you go from two monitors to one monitor or change the resolution of the monitor. 

To get the dialog box back on the screen use:

Alt+Space Bar

Press the M key

Press the Right Arrow Key

Move mouse

The dialog box should jump to the mouse. Don't move the mouse until the last step, moving it earlier will mess everything up.
