Object Properties - adding "name" and "description" to an object

As per the thread title,

If I have a Civil 3d created object such as a pipe (drainage) network , then in the properties box there will be a "Name" and "Description" assigned to the objects in modelspace.

However, what if I wanted to have a "Name" and "Description" added to a basic 'solid'  object (say for example I extrude a rectangle) , by simply drawing a rectangle and then extruding it up some distance?

How do I get the "Name" and "Description" fields to appear in the properties box of such objects?

Some screenshots may help with this one...

Two images attached.

{Pipe network properties box] and [3d solid properties box]

Is there any way to get the two highlighted fields ("Name" and "Description") from the [pipe network properties] in to a properties box for a basic solid object created from extruding a rectangle?

Such that I could then enter a name and description relating to the extruded rectangle.

You will need to add Property Set Data to these objects - but it will probably a bit manual rather than automated

You could make a block of the solid and then use it in a structure style for a pipe network structure.  You'd have the 'name' and 'description' available just like a structure but it would look like the solid.
