Not creating breaklines before and after curve along existing survey figures

I recently change my survey figures around curves from BCPC BC OC BC PT to BC BC OC BC and it creates much better survey figure shapes around curves as long as the BC OC is located along the mid point of the curve. My problems is that when I go to create breaklines my survey figures before and after the curve are not used as breaklines even though Civl 3d says they are. You can see from my picture below what is happening.

 Has anyone experience as similar issue and know a fix for this?

What version of C3D are you experiencing this in?

How are you added the figures to the surface?

I've personally not seen this issue, but some of the issues that will cause it are adding the points to the surface that our also used to define a figure. Only add points that don't define figures.

@rl_jackson

This is version 13.5.211.0 CIVIL 3D 2023.1

The figures are added to the surface by right clicking figures in the survey tab (toolspace) and selecting create breaklines.

What do you mean by "adding the points to the surface that our also used to define a figure. Only add points that don't define figures"?

So, I create Figure Queries and Point Queries based on the figure being defined as a breakline (checked yes) and Points that are not linework (ground shots, manholes etc... ) get added to the surface by a separate query, all of this is done in a separate drawing that has nothing but the surface in it. I don't even add the figures to the drawing. I use this drawing as my data reference for all other drawings. (I've attached sample queries in the zip file for reference.)

When I say only add points that don't define figures, I'm saying I don't add the BC points the surface since I already have the BC figure defining the breakline in the surface. By adding the point to the surface as well as the figure it's sort of a double up and in some cases a double negative. This is what I believe you're seeing in your surface but without the data can't say for certain.
