No Ribbon tabs and REX error

All my ribbon tabs and panels have gone and there is an error dialog - any ideas what the error box is for and how to get the ribbon back??

I've uninstalled the Bridge Module as I don't use it but I think my UKIE profile was totally corrupted as well.

I've restarted using the Civil Metric one and I'm back up and running again

Neil, I was unable to display the Rivers panes at all in 15. The dll files were loaded, commands worked but the ribbon didn't appear.

After having a problem in another Beta PK program I was checking the user rights with out IT manager and we re-set a load of (Autodesk) folders to full admin rights.

After this the ribbon appeared (but the icons are still missing).

Not sure if this helps but I would check the user rights, something strange has been going on in the last couple of versions.
