.Net error with Survey Database

receiving an error message on one computer when attempting to open the survey database.

 

The survey database is not readable.  You might not have access permissions to the file or directory.   Source: System.Data  Message: unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider.  It may not be installed.

 

Have attempted to to update the MS SQL and MS .Net but the database with no luck.

Did you check the user's permissions to the folder where the survey database lives? Does he/she have Full Control?
