Need some PROPULATE help

I have added 23 custom fields to my template drawing.  When trying to use PROPULATE to fill these fields quickly, it appears that PROPULATE is limited to 10 fields.  What's more... if I create multiple .prp files to load the fields one at a time (e.g. client,prp, project.prp, location.prp)... each time I run PROPULATE, *existing* DWGPROPS fields are removed / deleted.

What am I doing wrong?

Is there a way to use PROPULATE to auto-fill more than 10 fields?  How?

Apparently the Express Propulate was never revisited when the custom section was expanded beyond 10 records.  If you were to consider third party software, DotSoft's ToolPac contains a several DwgProps related tools, including a dialog based tool that uses spreadsheet data to populate the DwgProps across multiple drawings.

It is not limited to 10 custom records.  I'm not aware of any limit to them.
