Need help with draw railway horizontal curve with spiral

I need need help asap.

Now i am in bad situation.

I have alignment for railway project.

i have information who design this this curve.

i need help how can i draw this curve .

How can i develop this curve in Civil 3D as well in Autocad as per my design information.

Please help me with some in video Instruction how can make this type of curve.

in attached photo i highlight area of my curve information.

The video eandavid6 is great but it may not help you with the minute details such as - what are the tangents? What is your overall Delta?  You will need to review the information you have and determine if you have all of the pieces.  If you're looking at a RR map i can only assume all of the necessary information is there.  Sometimes it's difficult to locate on RR maps.
