Neenah grate resultand recieve a "nan" value in my bypass flow. Also why is there no bypass flow difference between curb inlet and no curb inlet? Another problem is understanding "On Sag" and "On Grade" conditions for my catch basin.

I'm not a storm sewer expert (don't use it), but to my knowledge you can't have two outlets from one structure (aka flow splitter).

You can try referring to this storm sewer documentation to see if it helps.
