MV Blocks in 3D

When I insert an MV Block, such as a rail or fence, how do I get the scale, specfically the height and length so in 3D views it looks to scale. I've tried looking at all the block properties, but I'm at a loss. Please advise.

Right click the block on the tool palette, go to Properties. Find the Command String. At the end of the command string is S 1. If you change the 1 to another number, the block will scale to that size.

What you might do is copy the entry, then make changes to the copies, so you end up with blocks at 1, 2, 4, whatever scales.
