Multiple user working on same file on same time

Hi Everyone! I want to know that is there any possibility in Civil 3D 2019 that multiple user work on same file at same time? Like in REVIT, multiple user work on same file at same time and have options of relinquish and synchronize which automatically update the file . If there is any possibility then kindly let me know this process in Civil 3D. Thankyou.

No within the same file.

IT is possible to share design elements such as alignments, networks , surfaces and corridors either by datalinks, xrefs or using Vault. You need to chop the project up into different areas / sections.

Sorry I have not used Vault for years so I do not know what you can do now.
