Multiple Flow Arrows for a pipe?

Looking for a way to get multiple flow arrows for a pipe.

 

I currently use the expression IF({Pipe Slope}>=0,0,pi) to get the slope arrow to point the correct direction.  Any one have ideas for getting more than one arrow per pipe?

 

I thought about adding a few more arrows via components, but that could result in an arrow appearing over another pipe, as its only a offset.

 

How best can I go about getting more than one flow arrow per pipe.  I really wish you could do this in the pipe style setting, so its just there and always works and is always there.

You could make a label style that's only an arrow and then label the pipe as many times as you want, where ever you want.

What @MMcCall402 said, or you can use a linetype with open arrows as the centerline. Off course you will have to always draw the pipes in the same direction as the arrows would always be the same direction based on start and end.

I am back on this after some time away.

 

How does one apply a BLOCK for real world pipe flow?

 

I currently use the expression IF({Pipe Slope}>=0,0,pi) to get the slope arrow to point the correct direction.

 

From there I have created a Double Chevron Block to apply to the pipes.  I attached it to the feature, and roation angle is set to the Expression.  It was worked great in several projects, now all the sudden I have one project where they are all wrong except for 2 of them.  I am at a loss here.  Currently working this in C3D 2020.

This is just a guess:  Check the pipe slopes in the pipe properties vs the slope in the pipe label. The pipes may be backwards and the labels are dropping the negative (-) value from the label.

All slopes look to be fine.  I have attached a screen shot to show what I mean.  The Chevron is the block thats supposed to point downhill, and the flow arrow is the Pipe Slope Arrow.  Both are attached to the feature, both use said expression for rotation.  All pipe propterites are the same.  The arrow is correct in all, the chevron is wrong in one.

Now if I change pipe properties; pipe flow direction; By Slope, then everything seems to work.  On a project with 100+ pipes, thats gonna stake some time.

You could anchor the block to the flow arrow with a 0 rotation of its own. Then it will face in whatever direction the flow arrow faces and then set the flow arrow to not be visible.
