Multible segment Line/curve tables lost tag label associations.

I installed the Autocad 2022.1.2 update this morning.  I then opened a file that had several multible segment Line/curve tables that had been functioning correctly.  When I opened the file I noticed that 2 of the tables are now empty. 

Could this be because of the update? 

Is there a way to add tag labels to an existing table or do I have to recreate the tables?

Hi @johnbarrus, I have no idea about the update, but regarding your question about adding new elements to the table. Just select it and in the ribbon click on Add Items (see the image)

Then, the window that prompts will let you choose the new items as tag labels. If they are not tag, Civil 3D will ask you to convert them first to finally put them within the table.
