MODIFY COORDINATES OF COGO POINTS WHEN CREATING CUSTOM UCS

Until Recently I was able to import cogo points into a drawing, change the UCS and export the points from my drawing to create a .csv of the points relative to my new coordinate system. Now although I have a new UCS, when I export my points they hold the original coordinates related to the world view of my drawing.  Is there a way to disable this such that I can once again get new coordinates of imported cogo points by simply creating a new UCS

Why wouldn't you just move the data to the new system? Or even more simple do a single point transform as if the data was in State Plane and set it to a new coordinate and export the resulting grid values.

to clarify, I have points taken on a vertical wall.  My new UCS basically sets my z -axis as the face of the wall such that if my points followed, the new z value of the points would give the deviation of the point from design.  I could then set my label to elevation only and display the wall face as plan view and produce a easy visual of where the points are relative to the wall face..IE surveying horizontal dowels protruding from the wall..I have done this many times in the past for a variety of different scenarios and never had an issue.

I have the same problem, I really need to import/export in my defined UCS coordinate system.

Hi Abdulkadir,
I'm just following along with interest. Wondering if you could export the points and then switch Z and Y for re-import.
