modelling problem

Hi my friend , 

   I face some problem with modelling I hope to find acceptable solution  

first problem, within curve(figure 1) i have interfere i tried to solve by using target (alignment) 

second problem , I tried to model dead road (figure 2 ) but i have problem with profile (figure 3) increasing frequancy is net effective 

finally is net problem but question , Are there any software or application for structural design according to AI , MEPDG  or AASHTO 1993
