MDX Micro Drainage Pipe Network Import

i have a Foul Pipe network modelled in micro drainage. I have installed the autodesk micro drainage utility feature. When i execute a file import i get the import options but in the part list, pipe style and structure style drop downs, tehy are empty therefore i cant import the network. Anything obvious im missing?

As you have not suggested which version you are running.

I presume you are using 2017 in which case the tool was (is?) broken and in need of repair.

I understand this has been addressed in 2018 but I'm not so sure about 2017.

Please check you have the latest version of the tool installed.

Thanks for the reply. Apologies, new to all this. im running 2018. A quick open of the same drawing on another machine and a reopen on my machine fixed it. Still having a few issues with the micro drainage tool that i have autodesk looking at but is quite frustrating
