I have 2 pipe networks in the same profile and I am having problems masking the structure that is located behind a pipe.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I tried using the profile structure hatch set to colour 255 to mask them but the hatch masks the outline of the structure as well. Draw order would work on the structure but will not effect the hatch, even using draw order by colour does not work, the differeing colours are not displayed in the list.

You could change the profile structure type to a block and include a hatch object set at the back as colour 255 which would work but wouldn't be as good looking as the actual part type.

I want the structure to be masked out, not see the structure trough the pipe.

Need að mask option in the pipe style, like the one in the structure style.

Same problem as before, if you use the pipe hatch as 255 to mask using draw order, it works but does not display the pipework lineart.

I agree we need a method or option of masking pipes and structures in a profile view but we also need to be able to tell it which should be above the other (masked).

For the time being I would resort to either trimming after eploding the profile or adding a small hatch object @ 255 which is above the structure but below the pipework.

I have been using a wipeout for all the crossings. It is a bit tedious, but it works
