Do you also have an older version of Civil 3D installed on this system?  If so, do they work there?  In our office, we were using Civil 3D 2019 and Civil 3D 2022.  In some cases, we have to launch 2019, toggle on the geolocation maps there, and then it triggered 2022 to work.  We only had to do this once and they worked from that point on.

So it's not a drawing issue because I opened the file you sent and the geolocation map does appear.  However, I did notice this. . .

See if this works. . .

  1. Type OPTIONS at the command line
  2. Navigate to the System tab
  3. Click on the Hidden Messages button in the top right
  4. If Geolocation Maps is in there and not checked on, check it on.

Hi Mina,
Someone used Edit Location on your drawing.
Use Command GEOREMOVE and then re-assign VA83-SF coordinate system.
As a side problem, my cursor is crooked in your drawing. I tried using UCS >> World and Plan >> World, but nothing worked to straighten it.
