Ceyhun,
Bing Live Maps won't work unless you MAPCSASSIGN a Projected Coordinate System to your drawing.

Ceyhun,
Without knowing what Coordinate System your drawing belongs in, all we can do is guess.

Ceyhun,

Thanks for posting your Screen Shot.
Don't use any of the Geographic Location Commands. They are meant for Vanilla AutoCAD, and don't work consistently in Civil 3D or Map 3D.
Use MAPCSASSIGN or Drawing Settings >> Unit and Zone to assign a Coordinate System to your drawing. Then use GEOMAP to bring up Bing Live Maps.

You will need to assign a projection to modelspace before Bing Imagery can be displayed. As an example, you can use UTM84-39N or any other projected coordinate system that's applicable to your area of interest. Do not use GEOGRAPHICLOCATION command from the ribbon. That command, whether using Civil3D or Vanilla AutoCad or Map3D, is tricky to use and requires additional keyboard that is not documented by Autodesk. Trust me, it does work. Here is an easy way to get Bing maps without using the geographiclocation command.

  1. Enter MAPCSASSIGN on the command line. In the Search Box, enter UTM84-39N. This particular search will return only one result. Select UTM84-39N by highlighting it, then click the ASSIGN  button. Image-1.
  2. Go to Geolocation Tab=>Online Map Panel=>change Map Off to Map Hybrid. Image-2.
  3. Using your mouse wheel, ZOOM OUT slowly util you see the GEOMARKER. The geomarker looks like a bicycle wheel with RED spokes. Warning: Zooming in or out too quickly may cause your program to crash. Image-3.
  4. Next, slowly ZOOM IN on the geomarker and Bing map will appear in background of modelspace. Note: If you do NOT see the Bing Logo in lower right corner of modelspace, then your program has not successfully connected to Bing Maps and no online map will be available. Image-4.

Instead of UTM84-39N, you may also search for a country name, such as Azerbaijan, or an EPSG code. Your search can be any parameter you think is appropriate for your map area.
