Explain more precisely what exactly are you trying to do
Ceyhun,
Bing Live Maps won't work unless you MAPCSASSIGN a Projected Coordinate System to your drawing.

Ceyhun,
Without knowing what Coordinate System your drawing belongs in, all we can do is guess.

Thanks anyway but )) I have other problem ! I'll put screen down!
Ceyhun,
Thanks for posting your Screen Shot.
Don't use any of the Geographic Location Commands. They are meant for Vanilla AutoCAD, and don't work consistently in Civil 3D or Map 3D.
Use MAPCSASSIGN or Drawing Settings >> Unit and Zone to assign a Coordinate System to your drawing. Then use GEOMAP to bring up Bing Live Maps.

Hello @c_teymurxanov ,
Just checking to see if your problem has been solved. Have you tried the suggestion from @Pointdump and did it work? If yes, please click on the "Accept as Solution" button in his reply so this helps other users in the community find the solution too. Thanks!
I tried all the variants that you suggested to me. but nothing happened!
You will need to assign a projection to modelspace before Bing Imagery can be displayed. As an example, you can use UTM84-39N or any other projected coordinate system that's applicable to your area of interest. Do not use GEOGRAPHICLOCATION command from the ribbon. That command, whether using Civil3D or Vanilla AutoCad or Map3D, is tricky to use and requires additional keyboard that is not documented by Autodesk. Trust me, it does work. Here is an easy way to get Bing maps without using the geographiclocation command.
Instead of UTM84-39N, you may also search for a country name, such as Azerbaijan, or an EPSG code. Your search can be any parameter you think is appropriate for your map area.
