Map import MBTILES format

I am trying to import a map background file with MBTILES format.

I tried with MAPWSPACE and MAPIMPORT and isn't possible.

Does anyone knows how to do it?

I haven't heard of MBTILES. Where did you get them? Can you zip and attach it, or post a link to where you found it?
