Map does not show up

I assigned the coordinate system and turned on the aerial map. But the map is not visible. I checked the entire view to see if it appeared out of the visible portion but there is nothing. I use Civil 3D 2020. I am signed in with my Autodesk account. I tried the same in AutoCAD 2020 it did not work again.

Do you seen the little BING logo in the lower right corner when you have the aerial enabled?

What coordinate system did you assign to your drawing? Projected or geographic?

I was facing a similar situation and after several attempts, I decided to try and disconnect myself from the VPN, and yep, this solved the issue. 

So the problem was related to the proxy server in my instance.

I always have the same problem.
I just insert the map normally, only the bing logo appears, and then I save and close my drawing and open it again.
and the map opens
