Looks like my Paperspace Coordinates got Rotated?

When I attempt to place a dimension in paper space it is oriented to the arrow at he bottom left of the attached photo. If I go to the next sheet in my project it is showing that is an X-Y Coordinate and lays out fine ....Has anyone else ran into this issue, and knows how to resolve it?joshuab_0-1649691281525.png

Are you using the dynamic north arrows by chance?

No, I am not. Unless it is buried in the template somewhere. I am fairly certain I am not using a dynamic North arrow.
