When I attempt to place a dimension in paper space it is oriented to the arrow at he bottom left of the attached photo. If I go to the next sheet in my project it is showing that is an X-Y Coordinate and lays out fine ....Has anyone else ran into this issue, and knows how to resolve it?

Figured it out!!!
My USC coordinates were rotated like I thought.
Went to View ->then below.
All is good in the world again!
