Looking for a way to automate drafting of curb & gutter

Does anyone know of a lisp routine or other add-on that will automate drafting of curb and gutter. For instance, I if I have the edge of pavement drawn, I could select it and the command would offset the face of curb and back of curb automatically as separate polylines on the right layers and at the right offset distance.

This is a simple lisp routine. I do not code but the lisp forum can help. Maybe @tcorey  can point you in the right direction.

Another option, not my favorite is run a corridor assembly and code the plan style accordingly

Another option would be to use offset alignment, I like this as it is dynamic if you move your original centerline.  If I see something as you describe, I will share what I can find.  Thanks.

The CreateCurbs command was added to the Sincpac many years before we could use featurelines for a corridor. It is not dynamic, but allows for quick creation of curbs in parking lots.

You could create a complex linetype that does this too.  Just draw a line representing the lip of curb and the two other lines show up as well, but it is technically one line entity.
