I dont know if we can remove this layout selection page option?
It really slowing down my computer everytime I pass over this and I would like to remove it.
I dont know the real name so I can't find anything on the internet.

You can set FileTabPreview to 0 and FileTabThumbHover to 0 and you will not get the Previews off the tab and it will also quit switching your main graphics screen to whatever you are hovering over.
You will only see a list of the models space and any paperspace layouts.
