Layout Frame Always rotated to specific angle when i create sheet.

Hai every body

I have a problem with the layout frame when i create the sheet using customized template. When i try to created the sheet, i've got the problem with the layout frame. The result is my layout frame always rotated to the specific angle to 218d11'53" and north up symbol cannot linked to the plan viewport. Can anybody help me to solve this issue?

Can you post the resulting dwg and template.?

I have a doubt that you have assigned the layout block to the north arrow. But not sure.

After i'm trying several time and change the setting i got the conclusiion the main reason is North arrow symbol. Because when i'm change the seting to None when asking me "Choose the north arrow to align in layout", the Frame is back to normal but the north arrow symbol still rotated to 218d11'53".

Please post the TEMPLATE that was used.

Above your reply is i'm posted the template that i has used. The file name is FORM LAYOUT - SHARE.dwt.

Sorry about that.  I misread it and thought it was just the title block.  I didn't realize it was the template file.  I looked through your files and don't see why the P&P tool won't allow you to select the right north arrow.
