LAT and LON on alignment geometry point labels

We have an alignment label style that is set up to give the station value and Lat and Lon coordinates but the coordinates are not showing up in the label. I do have a coordinate system assigned. Any Ideas?

Without the ability to look at the label (dwg file), no one can tell you much except it is probably not defined properly.
