Labels Not Visible

I have imported points into an AutoCAD Civil 3D file.

Surprisingly labels are not visible even after I have enabled all the relevant layers.

I attach concerned screen shots and the file itself.

Could some one enlighten me?

My first thought would be to check and see if Layer 0 is frozen.

I would verify that you have a Point label style assigned to the _All Points, point group.

The Layer V-NODE-TEXT is turned off. Turn it on and all is well. This is the layer defined in the Point Label Style.
