Label style problem

This is a new on me and I am not finding much information online. My label styles keep losing information (see attached).  I noticed a lot of my labels had disappeared so I checked my style to make sure I had the correct layers turn on etc. Once inside the label style composer, I noticed most of the properties were blank.Nothing I have tried has worked so far. Including importing the styles from the template.

Has anyone ever seen this problem and know a possible solution?

Version? Service Pack(s) applied? Better image...cannot read it at all.

But yes, I do recall seeing posts similar to this, but thought a Service Pack and/or new version cleared up the problem.

Autocad Civil 3D

Product Version: I.108.0.4, SP2

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz

16 GBytes; PC3-12800 (800 MHz) Crucial Technology

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970

Notice the greyed out areas of the style. Everything was working fine until I started dragging some of the tags away from the features. They all work fine in the template the styles are from. I was done labeling with the basic styles. I was 75% done putting the line tags in (300+ tags so far if that matters). When I started dragging the styles is when the style seemed to bug out. I can insert that drawing into a new drawing created by the initial template and the styles work as expected (except they are all renumbered). If you need any additional information, please let me know. If I need to upload the drawing, I can do that as well.

Thanks,

Looks like I posted about this in 2012:

See if the comments there help with this. You might also try importing the style from the template and overwrite the bad one.

I did try importing the style from the template. That did not work either. A comment to the post you linked: I did not delete any of the parent components in the child styles; I set the visibility of those components to 'false' in the child style.
